M\u00e5let \u00e4r att v\u00e4gleda framtida byggnads gestaltning till mer cirkul\u00e4r och optimal anv\u00e4ndning av plats och rum genom delning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a01b590 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a01b590\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce6ff7d elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce6ff7d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I detta projekt vill vi unders\u00f6ka hur Sveriges bostadsbehov kan m\u00f6tas samtidigt som den fysiska expansionen av bost\u00e4der minskas. Detta vill vi g\u00f6ra genom att unders\u00f6ka nyttjandet av befintliga gemensamma bostadsytor, s\u00e5som tv\u00e4ttstugor, entr\u00e9er, innerg\u00e5rdar och aktivitetsrum. Utveckling och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av dessa utrymmen kan vara en v\u00e4g mot att minska efterfr\u00e5gan p\u00e5 bostadsyta. Det beh\u00f6vs mer kunskap om hur gemensamma ytor anv\u00e4nds, och hur de kan p\u00e5verka ekonomiska, sociala och milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssiga faktorer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea5abcb elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ea5abcb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Trots att koldioxidutsl\u00e4ppet per kvadratmeterbostadsyta har minskat har de totala koldioxidutsl\u00e4ppen fr\u00e5n byggnader fortsatt \u00f6ka. Det kan bland annat f\u00f6rklaras av att vi bor i allt st\u00f6rre bost\u00e4der, ofta ensamma. Det \u00e4r tydligt att det kr\u00e4vs strukturella f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar i anv\u00e4ndningen av bostadsytor f\u00f6r att klara Sveriges ambiti\u00f6sa m\u00e5l f\u00f6r koldioxidneutralitet till 2045.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bae68b elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2bae68b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>V\u00e5r hypotes \u00e4r att \u00f6kad funktionalitet och nyttjandegrad av gemensamma ytor tillsammans med kreativa l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r att uppmuntra mer delning av ytor kan leda till kraftig minskning av behovet av nybyggd bostadsyta i Sverige.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08145b7 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" av benchmarking av i) hur ofta, ii) under vilka omst\u00e4ndigheter, iii) av vem, iv) f\u00f6r vilka syften olika varianter av delade utrymmen i bostadshus anv\u00e4nds. Detta g\u00f6rs genom tv\u00e5 huvudsakliga datainsamlingar: Den f\u00f6rsta tittar p\u00e5 helheten genom att genomf\u00f6ra en nationell unders\u00f6kning som fr\u00e5gar hur folk anv\u00e4nder ytor s\u00e5 som lobbys, tv\u00e4ttstugor, innerg\u00e5rdar, aktivitetsrum och takterrasser. Den andra datainsamlingen belyser specifika bostadshus och unders\u00f6ker mer i detalj hur och n\u00e4r boende anv\u00e4nder delade ytor. Genom diskussioner med fastighets\u00e4gare kommer vi att unders\u00f6ka hur delade ytor kan optimeras och vara b\u00e5de cirkul\u00e4ra och l\u00f6nsamma f\u00f6r byggherrar och utvecklare. Hans arbete p\u00e5 RISE \u00e4r inriktat p\u00e5 att m\u00e4ta och implementera den cirkul\u00e4ra ekonomin. Genom datainsamling fr\u00e5n exempelvis bokningar och intervjuer kan de olika casen ge en b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rst\u00e5else av exempelvis vilka som anv\u00e4nder de gemensamma ytorna och hur mycket de nyttjas.
